Breathwork And Yoga Teacher Training In Schools Course

Over a 10 week initial training you will have the opportunity to observe and teach a variety of year groups including 1-1, small groups and whole class.

You will gain experience of working with all children, safeguarding, building relationships in a school setting, the curriculum, behaviour for learning strategies, important school polices, and working with the wellbeing team and wider community.

You will receive feedback, mentoring, and be part of an observation programme to support your CPD. You will feel confident and competent to teach in a school and be part of a team dedicated to supporting the whole school community.

Breathwork And Movement Programme Testimonal

Lesley’s on the job 10 session training course  was a wonderful experience to learn how to work with children in a school setting.

The format of this training meant that the learning happened gradually, from just being part of the yoga class to observing, assisting, to teaching some and finally teaching an entire 30 minute class.

It also allowed Lesley to feedback after each session and for me to integrate the feedback and the experience from one week to the next whilst always feeling supported.

Moreover, Lesley herself is an incredibly experienced trainer who understands and connects to children on a deep level. Just witnessing her relate to young people is inspiring and counts for a lot of the training.

I felt really empowered by this training experience and feel confident to continue working in schools as a yoga teacher.’ Dr Raluca Musat.”
