Lesley Collinson provides a host of breathwork and yoga services for schools and the wider community including children’s yoga. She also hosts a 12 week breathwork and movement course specifically designed to help high performing leaders and CEOs to develop an embedded self care practice to optimise performance whilst maintaining work- life balance as part of the Olevi Headspace programme.Olevi Headspace Lesley also delivers a Breathwork and Movement programme for Aspire in Lambeth (community for adults with physical and sensory or learning disabilities). aspire wellbeing

Development of breathwork and yoga skills for those with disabilities or other needs. For example, I provide breathwork and movement for Aspire in Lambeth (community for adults with physical and sensory or learning disabilities).

Breathwork, Yoga And Education Public Speaking
Lesley has been invited to speak on the Paradigm Shifters Stage at the World Education Summit about her work on improving wellbeing in schools. She has been approached to speak at future conferences – dates will soon be shared.
